Visit Museum, Enjoy SEOUL

The Seoul Museum of History provides foreign visitors with opportunities to learn more about the history and culture of Seoul through exhibitions and craft-making activities.

  • Workshops for Groups
    • Subject : Experience and learn about Seoul
      • ① Seoul on the map
         (including eco-bag making)
      • ② Palaces in Seoul
         (including mirror decorating inspired by Dancheong, traditional multicolored paintwork)
      • ③ Yangban(nobleman) of Seoul
         (including nobleman’s fan making/try on Hanbok, traditional clothes)
    • Participants : Group of foreigners staying in Korea (minimum 30)
    • Date : January ~ December, 2019
    • Venue : Learning room and Exhibition halls, Seoul Museum of History

    • Subject : English Lectures on Korean Art, Urban Culture and History
    • Participants : Foreigners staying in Korea or Citizens interested in the lecture
    • Number of Participants : 40 per lecture (Maximum 16 for Tour and Cooking Classes)
    • Date : Every first Monday, March to December, 2019
      (Lecture 11:30 AM to 1 PM / Tour and Cooking Class 10 AM to 1 PM)
